Coachella Valley local yogis! Are you looking to deepen your asana practice? I’ll be leading two upcoming inversion workshops at Yoga Yantra, Palm Springs.

Join me for the first workshop on February 11th at 1pm. We will focus on headstand and forearm stand and I will guide you safely in and out of each pose with prop usage, wall assistance, and key components needed for these postures.

The second workshop will be a Handstand workshop. March 18, 2023 at 1pm ✨

These 2 hour workshops will be great opportunities for yoga practitioners and fellow yoga teachers looking to deepen their practice, build confidence, and feel safe. Space is limited so early sign up is encouraged. Cost is $45. Hope to see you there! ✨🤍✨
