PRIVATE YOGA
Each session is molded to fit your own body exactly as it is now. If you suffer from injuries, enjoy one on one sessions, or are new to yoga this choice may be a good fit for you. I will work with you in the privacy of your own home and provide various props in order to customize the practice for your body.
SOUND THERAPY
Everything in this world is vibration~ The use of high quality, quartz crystal sining bowls help to shift the nervous system from the sympathetic to the parasympathetic calming, restoring, and rejuvenating your body at a cellular level. A 30 or 60 minutes sound bath session can be booked individually or added to any yoga session.
CORPORATE/EVENT YOGA
In need of a more calming work environment that helps with team building and stamina? We often work day to day without stopping to breath or take time for ourselves. A once a week corporate or event yoga session works well to bring members together while giving them more energy to finish the task or event at hand with greater ease and calmness.
GROUP PRIVATES
Its always fun to get together with friends and do some yoga! Make it a weekly routine or a special occasion for loved ones to unite, have some fun, do some yoga, and get stronger together. Great for birthday parties, bachelorettes, weddings, wellness retreats, or on vacation in and around the Coachella Valley.

GUIDED MEDITATIONS/ AUDIO RECORDINGS
Meditation or in sanskrit ‘Dyana’ is the 7th limb of the 8 limbs of yoga. In today’s day in age the mind is perhaps the hardest to cultivate and control. We use the term neuroplasiticity, which is the ability for the brain to adapt and change itself. Spiritually and gently guided meditations help to still the chatter of the mind, and provide tools in order to help rewire one’s own thinking process. Imagination, imagery, chakra cleansing, and sound healing will be used in each session to work towards a calm mind helping provide greater focus, less anxiety, and ability to manage stress in life easier.
